3. User obligations and responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking or using our services;

4. Payment terms and conditions
Fees for services will be communicated at the time of booking, in a quote, invoice, service listing, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms provided at booking or invoicing.
- We may require advance payment, a deposit, or pre-authorization before providing services.
- If payment is not received when due, we may suspend, cancel, or refuse services until payment is made.

- Any chargeback or payment dispute that is not made in good faith may result in immediate suspension of services and recovery of reasonable administrative costs, where permitted by law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees cover only the services described and do not include the cost of devices, accessories, apps, internet service, third-party subscriptions, repairs, or replacement parts.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
We understand that schedules change. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service type, booking method, and any written agreement with you. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability;

- Refunds are generally not available for services already provided, completed sessions, or time reserved but not used;
- If we cancel a session, we may offer rescheduling or a refund for the unused portion of prepaid fees, at our discretion and as required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Canada, including rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
6. Liability limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Northern Mobile Skills Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or device malfunction arising from or related to your use of our services.

- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued functionality of third-party apps, websites, services, or features;
- You acknowledge that any guidance provided is informational and that you remain responsible for decisions made on your device and accounts.
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Northern Mobile Skills Inc. for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law if a lower cap would be unenforceable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other non-excludable liability.
